This resource pack just makes villagers' arms separated, just like players, it doesn't change any texture from the game (other than villager's)

 

Credit to sixfootblue, his .jpm and .jem files helped me creating this resource pack. 

Remember, you need to use Optifine's latest 1.11.X/1.12.X version.
