I make a data pack that lets non-op players can teleport to other people in the server.

/trigger tpa set <PlayerID>

- The above command makes you send a teleporting request to the player whose id is <PlayerID>

You can press the tab to see all players' IDs.

- if your ID is 2, and the player you want to teleport to is 3, you can use the Tpa.
/trigger tpa set 3
- then player 3 uses Tpaccept to accept your teleportation.
/trigger tpaccept set 2
- if you don't want to accept teleportation every time, use the command to automatically accept.
/trigger tpaccept set -1
- if you want to cancel your teleportation to player 3, use the command
/trigger tpcancel

Config (OP permission)
config the data pack needs OP permission, key in command to show config menu.
/function op/settings

- cooldown: the time between two teleportations for each player.
- duration: the time at which the Tpa request should be accepted, if not in time, Tpa needs to be sent again.
