From Philza Minecraft's most recent videos, you can see a cool resource pack he uses that makes his tools/armor have a blue/light blue color in some parts of them. So I recreated that for all of you Philza viewers to enjoy. I also included some new stuff, such as changes to netherite ingots and blocks. This took about some days to make because I am dumb.
