The ReMaster Pack is an unintrusive and visually pleasing resource pack that refines the vanilla Minecraft textures while preserving their recognizable look. This means that the shapes and color palettes are kept as intact as possible, ensuring that the overall impression of your world and the creations within it doesn't change.

The remastered textures were made with these principles in mind:

  • Moderate and consistent contrast
  • Accurately depicted materials
  • Polished shading, clean clusters
  • Reduced noise and pixel artifacts
  • Around 6 shades per color
  • Texture variants for less repetitive tiling

FAQ

  • Is the resource pack finished?

Nope, I intend to remaster most vanilla textures, as well as add content following future Minecraft updates.

  • Do you plan to provide mod support?

Most likely not in the near future, at least not until I've covered everything I wanted for vanilla.

  • Can you backport (downgrade, make an update for an older Minecraft version)?

The ReMaster Pack should be functional for the most part in all Minecraft versions going back to 1.13. I might look into creating a pack for older Minecraft versions when I've fully finished the latest one.

How To Install

  • Download ReMaster Pack.zip
  • In your file explorer open %appdata%
  • Copy the .zip to /Roaming/.minecraft/resourcepacks
  • Open Minecraft > Options > Resource Packs > Select the ReMaster Pack

  • All of the designs in the ReMaster Pack are the sole property of their author - MasterianoX (Vilim Muršić).
  • You may NOT reupload any official version of the ReMaster Pack, nor any altered version of it.
  • You are allowed to use and alter the ReMaster Pack for your own private purposes, i.e. without reuploading or sharing it, in any way you like.
