This resource pack gives you a new "animation" for the bow.
There are three stages when you charge up a bow, all I did was change the color of the arrow every stage.
It will hopefully help you release at the right time for the arrow to reach your target fast, as well as covering the maximum distance an arrow can go from a bow.

C:\Users\Admin\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\resourcepacks

It's my first time modifying the game myself, don't be too harsh.  :l
