This datapack aims to fix Hisuian forms and pokemon added in Pokemon Legends: Arceus, using their level-up learnsets from pokemon Scarlet and Violet. TM, Tutor, and Egg Move compatibility will be a bit strange, as I opted to just copy compatibility from their base forms for Hisuian forms, favoring useability over perfect adherence to gen 9 mechanics.
In addition, moves added in PLA have been updated to function as they do in generation 9, though availability will still be limited (Floatzel is unchanged, for example, so it will not have access to wave crash yet unless I missed something).
To the extent I am able, abilities have been updated as well, with Rock Head on Arcanine and the like. The one exception is Sharpness, which neither Hisuian form have yet, since the ability doesn't exist in Pixelmon right now.
