Brings back the "Привет Россия!" splash text to Minecraft 1.19 using the 1.19 splashes.txt file but modified to add "Привет Россия!" back to line 282 of the splashes.txt file which is how it was on 1.18.2! :)

 

It won't show every time, in fact there is a 0.22988505747126436781609195402299% chance that you will get "Привет Россия!" on your splash screen (the same as it was in 1.18.2).
