 Sculked is a mod focused primarily on Sculk, however other changes are made to the depths of the deepslate layer, so look out the next time you go caving.

 Useful Blocks:

  • Void Barrel (Used as a storage block)
  • Sculk Maw (Deals damage to mobs inside)
  • Pulsing Sculk (Emits a redstone signal)
  • Soul well (The only way to obtain soul bottles)
  • Sculk Shaker (Emits break Particles dependant on the blocks beneath it in a 3x3 square)

 Items:

  • Bottled Soul (Obtainable by using a bottle on a soul well)
  • Sculked Thread (Obtained from sculked webs)
  • Sculked Plate (Crafted from 3 sculked bones or by pressing a sculked bone with the create mod)
  • Sculked Fanberry (Currently unobtainable)
  • Echo Copper (Obtained by smithing a copper ingot and echo shard)
  • Sculk Paste (obtained by smelting sculk)
  • Echo Shears (Shears with double the durability, and slightly faster break speeds)

 Other Features:

  • Sculked Helmet (Prevents Darkness Effect)
  • A New Painting
  • Echoed Bane Enchantment (Increases damage dealt to the warden)
  • Standing on Sculk Blocks without wearing boots slow you down and give an overlay
  • Darkness effect is now even darker making light even more important
  • 11 New Advancements:

- Shake it off (Obtain a sculk shaker)

- Ace in the soul (Obtain a bottled soul)

- Thrill Shrieker (Have the darkness effect)

- Thick Skulled (Wear a sculked helmet)

- Echoes of the past (Obtain an echo shard)

- Great Recovery (Craft a recovery compass)

- Shear Pressure (Craft some echo shears)

- Chomp (get damaged by a sculk maw)

- Ancient records (Repair disc 11)

- Control V (Put paste onto deepslate)

- Control X (Scrape paste off deepslate)

Create Recipes (As of V1.3):

  • All Vibestone blocks and Variants can be Milled or Crushed into Cyan Dye
  • Echo Moss can be crafted cheaper by Mixing one Echo Paste and one Moss Block
  • Sculked Bones can be Pressed into Sculked Plates
  • Amethyst Shards can be Haunted into Echo Shards

Q: Is there ____ Compatability?

A: As of right now, the only mod with compatability is the create mod. I want to add compatability to more mods but i still need to work some things out.

 

Q: Can I add this mod to my modpack?

A: Yes! As long as I am credited

 

Q: Can you backport this to ____?

A: Short answer, No. This mod is to update sculk, so porting it to any older version will make no sense.

 

Q: Can you update this to the newest version?
A: Until I learn java, Sculked will update to the newest version whenever MCreator allows it.

 

Q: Can you add _____?

A: It depends really, but there is a suggestions tab in the Discord server so feel free to leave any suggestions there!
