The Origin mod lets you pick through various classes that can change your characters abilities positively and negatively.

For example, forcing the player to not eat meat or even just force the player to be in water the whole time. However, those are just the negative examples. Some positive ones include phasing through blocks or even just being able to fly with elytra without the need for equipping elytra.
