Scientific Rocketry

Scientific Rocketry is a modpack for Minecraft 1.12.2. It focuses on tech progression and space travel.

The pack is based on expert-mode tech progression and space exploration. It has 200+ mods, hundreds of custom recipes, and many quests which guide the player through the custom progression. It also features many custom planets, with their own world generation and ores. The tech progression starts off fairly gently, but ramps up later on in the pack. The ultimate goal is to craft the Infinite Catalyst and use it to travel to the Infinity Dimension and craft the Creative Vending Upgrade.

Technology

• A wide variety of tech mods to use such as Thermal Expansion, Mekanism, Actually Additions, and many others.
  
• Resource production and automation with Industrial Foregoing, RFTools, and EnvironmentalTech.
• Power generation with NuclearCraft: Overhauled, Advanced Generators, and Solar Flux Reborn, featuring custom solar tiers, as well as many other options.
• Power transfer with Thermal Dynamics, Mekanism, Flux Networks, and Ender IO Conduits (with custom energy conduits).
• Custom multiblocks for mid-lategame material processing.
• Many different mods for automation, logistics, and redstone, including Project Red, Integrated Dynamics, Applied Energistics, XNet, RFTools Control, and OpenComputers.
  
• Endgame crafting with ExtendedCrafting, PackagedAuto, and Avaritia.

Exploration

• Build rockets and space stations with Advanced Rocketry and use them to explore the galaxy!
  
• Many custom planets with interesting features.
• Exclusive resources and ores that only spawn on other planets.
• Many custom materials such as Cobalt, Adamantium, and Tungstensteel.
• Enhanced worldgen with Quark and Traverse.

Other

• Various equipment from mods such as Simply Jetpacks, Ender IO Base, and Cyclic.
• A variety of building options from Chisel, Blockcraftery, and Xtones.
• Various craftable creative items, such as the Creative Capacitor Bank and the Creative Storage Upgrade.
• A challenging endgame requiring lots of automation and infrastructure.
  

Expected Completion Time: 250-500 hours 

It is recommended to allocate 6-8 GB of RAM to your client for best performance.
