Cobblemon, in a near seamless fashion blends the world of Pokemon and Minecraft! Explore the world, and traverse the lands, and catch them all in a new, and blocky way!

Journeymap to help you explore, with the options enabled to view Pokemon Sprites as mob Icons if you have the Resource Pack! For those who want a prettier Minecraft, you can count on AstralLex shaders to provide detail to the world, and bring major to details to the skies of Minecraft! (this is more graphically intensive)
