There is Farming Utils mod, so it is easy to farm new crops
Automation:
There is Create (0.5 if modpack is 1.1 of above) and all the addons that work with the modpack!
There is Applied Energetics 2 so you can store all of your items (currently unavailable for 2.0.0)
There is Eureka Airships to explore your world (currently unavailable for 2.0.0)
Quality of Life:
There are tons of QOL mods including effective, immersive painting, immersive weather, and dynamic surroundings
