CWC Primary auxillary weather factory
Inspired by the work of @AuroraDawn, I made my interpretation of a primary auxillary weather factory. I was originally planning to make the main weather factory as depicted in the book Pegasus Device: Reckoning, however 12 floors of detailed machinery is a bit too much for me to build, so I made one of the smaller ones, with 3 floors.
For those of you who don't know what that is it's a factory which makes weather and it's made mostly of reinforced cloud and build on top of a cloud - it's a strange concept and one which seems to be quite interesting to build.
Every floor is full of rooms with machinery for all forms of weather production - rain, snow, hail, storms, wind and rainbows can all be manufactored in this vast facility. I've also included dining areas, laundery rooms, offices and bathrooms. The warehouse of the structure contains 3 class III Pegasus Devices and the parts for several chaos converters, the factory contains all the machines and personnel required to assist in enacting Contingency B.
There's also a video of the project with music I made - I have almost no idea how to make good music so it sounds a bit strange, feel free to mute it if you don't like it) the first part of the music is based on the first bit of Rainbow Factory but somewhere around a minute though it veers away from RF and I just sort of made it up as I went along, without any real plan for the music.
The build uses the layout which AuroraDawn made:
Shaders used in the screenshots: Chocapic13 high performence, BSL, Chocapic13 extreme-beta
The world uses a custom resource pack which I made for it, the pack is as a resources.zip inside the world file so you don't need to put it in the usual packs folder. However, you will need to unzip the world file before you put it in your saves folder.
I also posted this on Planetminecraft: https://www.planetminecraft.com/project/weather-factory/
I should also point out that the book this was inspired by contains themes which may not suitable for younger people, so I haven't put a link to it here.
