Here is my custom SMP Flat map.  This is a modified version of the default SMP map provided by Jadedcat.
 
*Please note this is an unofficial map.  Do not request support from anyone other than myself here on Curse/CurseForge*
 
Features:
Same Hub as the default SMP map, with a hidden spare supplies chest just in case.
All prerendered chunks (about 60x60) are plains, except a few chunks around each base.
8 mini-flat islands similar to the SSP flat map.
Each island contains:
  • 3 dirt blocks
  • 3 water blocks in a line, to provide unlimited water supply
  • The same supplies as the SSP map (3 stacks of bonemeal, hopper, 8 flint, 3 saplings)
  • Roughly the same locations as the default SMP map.
  • Identical nearby access to Desert, Taiga, Jungle, and Magical Forest biomes
  • Each island is centered on about 25 chunks of plains biomes.
