AFK Fishing Hut, works in 1.11 (16w43a)
Just stand infront of the hut, fish in the water and a piston will push you up so you'll click on the note block above until you catch something. A hopper underneath the water will pick up the items and store them inside a double chest hidden unerneath.
It's a pretty simple concept but works quite well and doesn't look too shabby either.
